  • Shipping: 
    • We offer free shipping in the USA.
    • We cannot ship to these locations: The state of Hawaii and the U.S. Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands), The Caribbean Islands, APO Address.
    • We cannot ship outside of the USA.
  • Return: The customer needs to contact Betta customer service (email: info@bettabot.com) and request a return authorization number (RMA #) within 30 days of receiving the product. Return instructions will be provided when the return request is approved. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
