Betta Care Terms and Conditions
- All Betta comes with 1-year Standard Warranty.
- The warranty covers any mechanical and electrical breakdowns for 1-year from purchase date.
- The warranty does not cover aesthetic or cosmetic wear over time, damages resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, alteration, tampering or failure of the purchaser to follow normal operating procedures outlined in the user’s manual is not covered.
- Betta Care can only be purchased within 30 days of your Betta purchase.
- Extended Warranty (Betta Care) are only applicable within the United States and Canada.
- Betta is designed to work in salty water up to 5000 P.P.M. The use of the unit in sea water pools will void the warranty.
- Simple, hassle-free claims with no deductibles or hidden fees. You can submit a warranty claim using the form here. Once your Betta is received, warranty service typically takes 7–14 business days to complete.
- We do not accept Amazon extended warranty claims.
- Amazon offers an extended warranty program called, “ASURION.” This extended warranty is honored by Amazon. If you have questions or want to claim your ASURION extended warranty, please contact Amazon’s customer service directly.
