  • We offer free shipping to the United States, Canada, and Australia.
  • We are currently unable to ship to:
    • U.S. Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands)
    • Caribbean Islands
    • APO addresses
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
    • United States & Canada: Usually delivered within 1–6 business days.
    • Australia: May require additional processing time, with delivery typically taking 6–14 business days.
If there are any unexpected delays with your order, we will notify you promptly.

↩️ Returns

To initiate a return, please contact Betta Customer Service at info@bettabot.com within 30 days of receiving your product.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and refunds will not be issued for items returned without prior approval.

🎁 Holiday Purchase Return

Holiday purchases made between November 1 and December 31, 2025 are eligible for extended returns until January 31, 2026.

Shop early and gift with confidence — you’ll have plenty of time for exchanges or returns after the holidays.

💳 Refunds

After your returned order is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

🛡️ Warranty

  • All Betta units include a 1-year Standard Warranty from the purchase date.
  • The warranty covers mechanical and electrical breakdowns during the warranty period.
  • The warranty does not cover:
    • Aesthetic or cosmetic wear over time
    • Accidental damage or misuse
    • Abuse, alterations, or tampering
    • Damage caused by not following the operating instructions in the user manual
  • Extended Warranty (Betta Care) can only be purchased within 30 days of your Betta purchase.
  • Betta Care is available only in the United States and Canada.
  • Betta is designed for saltwater pools up to 5000 PPM. Use in seawater pools will void the warranty.

Warranty service typically takes 7–14 business days after your unit is received.

Please note: we do not accept Amazon’s third-party extended warranty claims. If you purchased an Amazon extended warranty through ASURION, please contact Amazon Customer Service directly for support or claims.
