Shipping

• We offer free shipping to United States, Canada and Australia.
• We cannot ship to the U.S. Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands), the Caribbean Islands, or APO Addresses. 

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

  • United States & Canada: Usually delivered within 1 to 6 business days.
  • Australia: May require additional processing time, with delivery typically taking 6 to 14 business days.

  If there are any unexpected delays with your order, we will notify you promptly.

Return

To initiate a return, customers must contact Betta customer service via email at info@bettabot.com within 30 days of receiving the product, and upon approval of the return request, return instructions will be provided; please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Holiday Purchase Return

Holiday purchases made between November 1 and December 31, 2025 are eligible for extended returns until January 31, 2026. Shop early and gift with confidence knowing you’ll have plenty of time for exchanges or returns after the holidays.

Refund

After the returned order is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
