Betta Referral Program Terms and Conditions

The Betta Referral Program is open exclusively to Betta customers with an active account. Participation is entirely voluntary and comes at no cost. Betta retains the right, at its sole discretion, to deny or remove participants from the program for any reason.

Qualified Orders: The 5% referral discount applies only to the purchase of new Betta units. Orders for used Betta products, extended warranties (Betta Care), or accessories do not qualify for the referral discount or as referral orders.

Participants in the Program may share their unique referral code with friends, family, or acquaintances. For each successful referral where a referred customer makes a purchase, the referring participant will earn a referral fee, subject to the terms outlined below.

There is no limit to how much a participant can earn through the Program. However, all referral fees are subject to verification, and Betta reserves the right to delay or withhold referral payments if it suspects any fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms.

Participants are prohibited from publishing their referral codes on public forums, coupon websites, or other third-party promotional platforms without explicit permission from Betta. Betta retains the authority to remove or change referral codes, or modify the Program, at any time without advance notice.

Referral fees will be paid 45 days after a successful order is placed by the referred customer. This delay is to account for any potential returns or exchanges. If an order is returned or exchanged, the corresponding referral fee will be deducted or removed from the participant’s account.

Payouts will be made according to the payout method specified by Betta. Any fees or charges associated with the payment method are the responsibility of the participant. Betta is not responsible for delays in payment due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the participant.

Betta reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time for any reason. Changes to the Program may include altering the referral fee structure, eligibility requirements, or the terms of payment. Participants will not be entitled to compensation for any unprocessed referrals at the time of such changes.

Betta may, at its discretion, terminate a participant’s involvement in the Program if it determines that the participant has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to the Program or Betta’s business.

Participants must not misrepresent Betta’s products, services, or the nature of the referral incentive in any way. Any false or misleading claims will result in immediate disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of any pending referral fees.

These Terms and the Program are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from participation in the Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction].

By participating in the Program, participants agree to abide by these Terms and all decisions made by Betta, which are final and binding in all respects.
