- All Betta comes with 1-year Standard Warranty.
- The warranty covers any mechanical and electrical breakdowns for 1-year from purchase date.
- The warranty does not cover normal wear & tear, damages resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, alteration, tampering or failure of the purchaser to follow normal operating procedures outlined in the user’s manual is not covered.
- Betta Care can only be purchased within 30 days of your Betta purchase.
- Extended Warranty (Betta Care) are only applicable within the United States and Canada.
- Betta is designed to work in salty water up to 5000 P.P.M. The use of the unit in sea water pools will void the warranty.
- Simple claim process; no deductibles or hidden fees.
- We do not accept Amazon extended warranty claims.
